Well I got some sleep

On the continuing journey of my sleep I got some last night. It wasn't as much as I wanted becuase I had to get up at 8:30 a.m. but the really good sign was that my body wanted to sleep longer. So I'm feeling okay and hopefully I'll keep sleeping.
